The myCMMS distribution file consists of a ZIP file containing:

• All PHP source files
• Subdirectory script contains a *.sql file to populate your database
• myCMMS runs on top of APACHE / MySQL / PHP:
  • Using LINUX: I installed with RedHat, FEDORA, but probably it works also with other distributions;
  • Using WINDOWS: I can only advise WAMP Server (others may be fine, but WAMP I'm sure it's fine)

I'm currently upgrading the Site

myCMMS has evolved to PHP5 / MySQL5, unfortunately this site only supports PHP4 / MySQL3.

• You can login:
  • As a technician (meaning you'll have to work) User=TECH, Password=TEST1
  • As a Manager (Meaning ...) User=MGT, Password=TEST2
• The following limitations exist in the online demo version:
  • This is myCMMS1 - we improved a lot in the last 2 years...
  • Its Interface is fixed in English. Although myCMMS can be used with an English, French, German or Dutch Interface, I cannot demonstrate it in these 4 languages. See the Manual to understand how to change the interface language and where the texts reside.
  • myCMMS can import and export files.
    We can prepare data in EXCEL and import it into myCMMS (spares lists, equipments ...), this feature is not available of course in this demo version.
  • myCMMS can also export to files (EXCEL). Due to practical reasons, I cannot allow visitors to create random files.
